The Winkler Community Foundation is a charitable organization that provides ongoing support for other local non-profit and charitable organizations in Winkler and surrounding area. The income earned by these funds is used to give grants to a wide range of community groups, while the original investment is left to grow generating more funds for future grants.

Make it a Reality
Bailey Neufeld is our first Make it a Reality – $20,000 scholarship recipient. His work in the community was plentiful but his personal favourite was promoting mental health through Peer Helpers. A graduate of Garden Valley Collegiate, he is now studying at the University of Winnipeg, majoring in psychology.
Gordon Wiebe Education Endowment Fund
Beginning in 2017 the Winkler Community Foundation has the privilege of full-filling Gordon Wiebe’s dream to assist young people in our community to pursue post-secondary education.
We are thankful for Gordon’s gift and excited to see his legacy of generosity grow with the successes of each scholarship recipient.
