Alan Goddard

Director of Endow Manitoba

Alan passion involves helping organizations develop to their fullest potential. After leaving an award-winning career with the Manitoba government, he formed the NovaTuri Group; focused on enhancing organizations through governance and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining The Winnipeg Foundation in 2018, Alan led a multi-year pilot project focused on enhancing 21 of Manitoba’s affiliated community foundations. His current role combines ongoing support of Manitoba’s 55 community foundations, leadership of The Foundation’s other provincial priorities, including the Manitoba Heritage Trust Program, and the development of new strategies intended to advance the community foundation movement in Manitoba. An active community volunteer, Alan has served on the boards of Willow Place and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg.

Denise Campbell

Program Specialist – Endow Manitoba

Denise Campbell joined The Winnipeg Foundation in 2001 as an Accounting Officer. Her duties at The Foundation have changed over the years and her current role as Program Specialist – Endow Manitoba is dedicated to addressing the needs of Manitoba Community Foundations. Denise brings years of foundation experience to her role and enjoys being the person at the other end of the phone or email. She believes there are no silly questions and will go the extra mile to help you. Prior to The Foundation, Denise worked for 11 years as the Office Manager of H & K Packers Co. Ltd. which included being the main bookkeeper for Finger’s Restaurant. Denise was born and raised in Swan River, MB, a beautiful place where her parents and many of her friends and family still reside.

Courtney Feldman

Community Engagement Specialist

Courtney joined the Endow Manitoba Team in spring 2019 and is honoured to work along side an inspiring and passionate team dedicated to advancing the growth and sustainability of Manitoba’s rural community foundations.

Courtney’s rural Manitoba roots combined with her family’s commitment to community, shaped the professional she is today. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and an Adult Education Certificate. Prior to joining the Endow Manitoba Team, she has been a training and development specialist, project manager and impression management expert.

Courtney’s passion for community was recognized when she was awarded the Harry Silverberg Leadership award for her dedication to grassroot causes and strategic vision.

Lynda Lambert

Community Foundations Coordinator – South Central Region

Lynda loves bringing people together in the community to work collectively towards the “common good.” Raised in Morden as the daughter of small business owners, community development and support have always been a top priority for Lynda and her family. Prior to joining the Endow Manitoba team at The Winnipeg Foundation, Lynda had already been working for over six (6) years in the Manitoba community foundation movement as the part-time Executive Director of the Morden Area Foundation. In her new role, Lynda will continue to reside in Morden and provide support to the community foundations of Morden, Plum Coulee, Miami, Morris, and Pembina-Manitou.

Kevin Parsons

Community Engagement Specialist

Kevin believes in building strong, passionate, and inclusive communities that work together on innovative projects that benefit all. In 2017-2018, Kevin contributed to the Enhanced Affiliate Pilot Project (2014-2018) undertaken by The Winnipeg Foundation in support of advancing the community foundation movement in Manitoba. With a background in marketing and communications, Kevin is excited to help Endow Manitoba (and Manitoba’s community foundations) better communicate the great work they are doing together.

Prior to joining the Endow Manitoba Team, Kevin worked in the agriculture sector with clients in both rural Manitoba and Saskatchewan. His past volunteer work includes serving on the board for Bike Winnipeg and The Young Associates.
